PL2W explains its low pricing through two different models, depending on what you buy. 

Model #1 — GamePass (account rental)

PL2W says GamePass is cheap because it’s a subscription rental: you access a library of ~3,000 games during your subscription, but you don’t permanently own the games. 

 Model #2 — Game Purchase (family-sharing group access)

For purchases, PL2W says it’s cheap because it gives you access to one account in a family-sharing group and the PL2W launcher logs you into that account it manages. 

PL2W also notes it cannot provide Steam account passwords in this model. 

What you still get (according to PL2W)

PL2W’s Help Center claims:

• Games are legitimate and launched/downloaded from Steam. 

• Purchased games include official updates and “instant access.” 

About account “types” (SHARE / FAMILY / PRIVATE)
