There are a few different situations. Most GamePass accounts are shared, but this doesnât mean youâll need to wait in line or get kicked off while playing. So while the account is shared, it wonât affect your gaming experience or progress. Your progress is saved on your device, so as long as you donât change devices, it will always be there.
For purchased online games, you will be assigned one account from the family-sharing group, and itâs generally one account per user. The admin accounts for family-sharing are kept on our backend, so other players wonât disturb the shared groupâs order. If youâre kicked from the group, itâs a very rare technical bug and has only happened a few times among all these players. This is not intentional. Just contact the our support team, and we will solve this for you.
