Before redeeming, please ensure your device's region is set to America.
How to redeem a prepaid code in a browser (switch your Windows region to America before redeeming)
1. Access the redemption code page through your browser and select [Sign In].
2. Enter the 25-digit prepaid code and select [Redeem].
How to use an Xbox console redemption code (switch your console's region to America before redeeming)
1. Press the Xbox button to open the menu and select [Home]. Confirm that the Microsoft account you are logging into is the one you will use to redeem the code.
2. On the [Home] screen, drag to the right and select the [Microsoft Store] icon.
3. Select [Use Code].
4. Using the on-screen keypad, enter the 25-digit code on the [Redeem Code or Gift Card] screen and select [Next] to complete your redemption. Ignore the hyphens; the system will automatically skip them.
