To solve the puzzle, players need to consider how to lay the tracks between stations, adjust the number of required tracks, and ensure that all stations are connected. The following are the detailed rules:

• Rails can only be laid vertically or horizontally between two different stations.
  
• Rails will not intersect with other rails or stations.
  
• There can be a maximum of two rails between two stations.
  
• The number on the station represents the total number of tracks required for that station, which must be laid in the four directions around the station.
  
• All stations must be connected in the end, meaning the train can reach every station.
