2. Accounts with substantial usage traces

If the account has been used for actions such as consuming in-game items, accumulating valid playtime, or modifying core information—resulting in significant differences from its initial state upon delivery—refunds will not be issued.

3. Non-critical information discrepancies that do not affect usage

If the product is generally consistent with its description, but minor differences exist in non-essential account details (e.g., nickname, ID, etc.) that do not impact normal use or account value, refunds will not be supported.

4. Fully functional accounts

Refunds will not be granted for accounts that can be logged into and used normally, with no restrictions on actions like modifying personal information or binding accounts.

5. Device or environmental issues

For problems preventing game operation caused by factors unrelated to the account (e.g., insufficient computer/phone specifications, server lag, network failures, system incompatibility), the platform will provide assistance with troubleshooting but will not offer refunds.

6. Account abnormalities due to violations

Refunds will not be supported if the account becomes abnormal or banned due to improper actions by the buyer (e.g., tampering with game data, using unofficial patches, etc.).
